Holly Cook is the Chief Nursing Officer at CHI Mercy Health. She joined Mercy in 2024 and came from the Tacoma area where she served as Chief Nursing Officer at St. Francis hospital, part of the CommonSpirit family.

Holly has over 20 years of healthcare experience in direct patient care as a bedside RN and Charge RN, and over a decade in leadership roles. Her experience includes roles as Emergency Services Manager, Director of Emergency Services and Director of Nursing Operations, and her guidance has touched over 600 patient care staff.

Holly shares not only a vast knowledge of nursing care, but also a desire to grow and support our nursing and clinical leaders, all while keeping patient-centered care in the forefront.
