Baked Pears

Did you know? Pears prefer volcanic soil, which is why most of the pears sold in the U.S. are from California, Oregon and Washington. Enjoy them in this recipe for Baked Pears!

Servings: 4 | Prep/cook time: 25 minutes

4 ripe pears, cored and halved
4 tsp. maple syrup
2 tsp. cinnamon


1. Preheat oven to 350° degrees.
2. Place pears cut side up on a baking pan and top evenly with syrup and cinnamon.
3. Bake approximately 25 minutes, until tender.
