How to Make Carrots Kid-Friendly

Kids over four often enjoy eating raw baby carrots as a snack. Baby carrots are carrots that have not reached full maturity, and they are sold in bags marked “baby carrots” in just about every grocery store. Your kids may enjoy dipping the carrots in hummus, ranch dip and peanut butter.

Other ways to make carrots kid-friendly include roasting them and mixing carrots and peas into pasta, using shredded carrots as an ingredient in muffins, or baking them into chips.
