1 cup coconut milk<\/p>\n

\u00bc cup chia seeds<\/p>\n

2 tbsp. maple syrup<\/p>\n

2 cups blueberries<\/p>\n

1 lemon, zested and juiced<\/p>\n

Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

In a medium mixing bowl, thoroughly combine coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and lemon juice. \u00a0Divide one cup of blueberries into four small serving dishes. Pour the liquid in the bowl over the top of the blueberries, dividing evenly in each dish, refrigerate overnight.
