Where you go for your care matters:
Emergency Department
Use the hospital emergency room only for very serious or life-threatening problems (chest pain, severe abdominal pain, coughing or vomiting blood, deep cuts or punctures, bleeding that will not stop, head injuries, severe burns, sudden blurred vision, difficulty breathing, seizures, numbness in the face, arm or leg, high fevers).
Doctor’s Office
A doctor’s office or clinic is the best place to get care for common illnesses, minor injuries and routine health exams. Your doctor can also help you manage your health over time.
Urgent Care Clinic
Evergreen Family Medicine is a great choice for urgent treatment of common illnesses (colds, flu, ear aches, sore throats, migraines, fever, rashes), and minor injuries (strains, back pain, minor cuts and burns, minor broken bones, minor eye injuries) if your regular doctor or health care provider is not available.
